How to Change the World

We can’t give you clearly defined steps on how to change the world. When it comes to changing the world, at least in business, there is only one sure bet. You will need to put together a team.

ateamWhat can you do to change the world? Can you do it alone? Doubtful. Of course there is the long shot invention or you might write a book all by yourself. Those are few and far between. How many self-made authors or inventors can you name? Even when you read a best seller, there is a list at the end of the book where the author thanks all those that helped her and says, “I never could have done this without you.” There are usually dozens of names.

The truth is that it takes a team. The right team chemistry is the difference between mediocre and amazing. Those team members that fit just right in their role make the difference in a company that just “gets by” and one that changes the world.

We can almost hear the bottle cap come off as we finalize this remodeling project. Can you almost see that refreshing “fizz” hit the air? Here are some before and after shots of the conference and lounge area. It’s not quite finished – but we’re almost there! We look forward to having an open house (open lounge) soon!
